Day 01 :
Transfer to Mount Elgon & Sipi Falls Visit
Depart Kampala and drive to Mbale town (approx. 5-6 hours)
Afternoon visit to Sipi Falls (short hikes and photography)
Overnight stay at a lodge in Sipi area
Day 02 :
Mount Elgon Trek Begins (Piswa or Sasa Trail)
Start trekking with a professional guide and porters
Pass through bamboo forests and scenic moorlands
Overnight camping on the mountain
Day 03 :
Summit Wagagai Peak (4321m) & Descend
Early morning trek to the peak for panoramic views
Descend to the base
Overnight stay in Mbale town or Sipi lodge
Day 04 :
Cultural Tour & Return
Visit the Bagisu communities — learn about Imbalu (circumcision) traditions
Transfer back to Kampala
